Types of Uggs Boots 1

Ugg boots sale at many stores and at shops where you might not expect to find them. In Australia people have worn Ugg boots for over 200 years. "Ugg" was in fact only a generic term that Australians used to call all sheepskin boots. Factory production of these boots did not begin until the 1970s. There are several different styles of Ugg boots available currently in a variety of colors and designs.

Cove

The Cove Ugg boot comes in grays and shades of browns and black. This style is short, around ankle height with a low heel. The Cove laces around the back and side, then tied in the front. There is decorative stitching around the back of the boot at the heel.

Mini

UGG Classic Mini is lower than ankle height with no heel; these are flat boots with a rubber sole. They have a simple design, and there are no ties, unlike the Cove style. Mini Uggs come in shades of brown, cream, gray and black. The Mini Ugg is a slip-on boot.

Short

UGG Classic Short boots goes up to the middle of the calf. It comes with and without ties, and sometimes with the laces in the front, fur on the outside and the inside, and occasionally with pomp attached. They are also available in the colors gray, brown, and black and cream.
